As soon as a unit is send from the commander to the player its skin will turn black.
Have not been able to repro this in stock so i assume its a vsr bug for now..

Gauss does not shoot at the same time but alternatively.

SP seems to have a higher shotrate than before.

Using patch 1.3.7.2.

I've noticed the same as Mase mentioned.

Also, teleporters are bugged. You will get stuck in an endless teleport loop (back and forth). It eventually ended up crashing my game.

I've noticed the "black teamcolor skin" bug with custom textures in later 1.3 patches with the EDF teamcolor skin sets that comes optional with VSR. Either A: don't use custom skins or B: type in console game.teamcolors 0 to turn off team colors.


Current 1.3 patches allow shotAlternate in the ODFs to work in MP. previously this feature was disabled in MP, now it works properly. Gauss is one of the weapons that normally alternates.

Teleporter bug, and infinite health empties/resync on player join bug, have been fixed for the next release, VSR 6.1 whenever Vearie want's to build the installer.

Happens with all races.. I don't see where does skins are in the VSR installation.

Change it to shooting at the same time again.

another minor bug I found, is that regardless of how many AI bases you are fighting against (MPI mode on VSR FFA maps), enemy Ai are all labeled 'Blue Team' regardless of the AI base or color.

On a good note: All 1 vs 7 (or less) AI bases seem to work fine now which is GREAT! Makes for a fun way to wait for strat players. The only crash I had was with the teleporter/endless loop bug I experienced in one of the games.

If it's not doing what the ODF says it should, then it's broken. If you want it changed back then that's fine, but don't pretend it was behaving as intended before.

Don't post in VSR threads Ahadley because 1) you don't play the game and 2) with that mentality you guys took away "hovering" for 1.3

Because things weren't behaving as expected is what made the game great (hovering) and better than the "intended way"

Nope, it's always been like that ingame in stock 1.2. Maybe you are thinking of FE where it was changed to shoot them both at once.
