Only one collisionRadius odf lines is used, and this controls only how big of a 2d area the object takes, which tells other units how much "personal space" to give such a unit, they will try to stay out of it's collision radius where possible.

For instance, give turrets a collisionradius of 10, and build a bunch and they'll fan out around instead of clumping together when ordered to go some where.

A larger collisionRadius on a building should make units try to go further around it, but 1x1 terrain square is only a collisionRadius of 8.0, (16m diameter) so there's not a whole lot of play room to make units go inbetween them, 7.0 - 7.5 would be pushing it, but should work.

As for the collision geometry, The model can either have a collision__hc piece, or not have one. If it doesn't have one, the collision is auto-generated from the mesh, in it's initial state. This is slightly more expensive but matches the geometry of the object exactly. In some cases where there are more crevises and holes in an object, it may cause more problems similar to the hole in the gtow.

And yes Blade, GTOWS are still mannable, and no, it's probably not a great idea to take that away, even though it's not recommended for thugs to take over the GT's and spray+pray.

That is pretty neat, to see how it works. So basically, there's no real fix for this problem?

There are possible fixes, but seems it needs to be at source level (Re-meshing etc.)
Just a lot of work that would need 'un-doing'...
