The only reason why your visibility is limited is because computers at the time BZ2 was made were only capable of handling ~300m visibility, and even then BZ2 was choppy if you ran at high gfx settings. Nowadays new computers can easily handle ~700m without causing BZ2 to run like a slideshow -- so therefore I don't see why people shouldnt be able to take advantage of that if their computer can handle it.

Sure its unfair to people who are too lazy/apathetic to change their binds, but so is multiworld.frequency 2, which also improves gameplay :)

View distance is a classic issue among BZ1 players.

Updated the visibility binds to include multiworld.neardistance (so that you can see buildings that are far away, instead of just empty terrain squares). Have added a bind (shift+b) which increases the view distance to 800m

is it possible to bind a toggle for Camera Views? like if i wanted to bind the "F" key to toggle between cockpit and forward view?

// Camera views
Bind("F", "view.set.cockpit");
Bind("F", "view.set.forward");

Nah, doesn't work as toggle afaik. Better set it on 2 keys.
Like...
Code:
Bind("V", "view.set.cockpit");
Bind("F", "view.set.forward");
