What I like best are simple logicbased puzzles which can be delved into anytime for how long one does want, listening to background music of choice.

So the question is, what am I doing here, as it should be understood for me to leave.

I like to toss ideas around and I know some Rebellion devs stick around here, since Battlezone is their niche of focus lately, therefore when I played the game I had some points to make but soon probably I will depart.

You are right. But even though what I write may seem disturbing as a sympthom of some kind of mental or existential illness, I believe this is actually as normal as elderly age to a human, because this is simply elderhood, only less factual and more literal one. One could build up metaphysical theories to that, how one does grow tired with being, but assuming this is a stage of some sort, everyone who is to experience, will attain it.

I doubt I would talk about Battlezone2 here any longer in the nearest future, therefore we should probably say farewell to each other.

@Darkon, don't let the kids bother you. This is a public forum, they just want you to play with us. If stress from competitive gaming is not your thing, you don't have to command, just thug and follow orders. Or host some MPI's, you will get joiners and it is low stress. Those who play are all around the globe, different timezone yet still manage to find each other. Reference the mass PM I sent out a lil while back for the TS3 server people meet on to organize games.

I don't really see your purpose here anyway if you're not gonna play BZ2 Darkon.

But what's the point man, you wanna be part of this community but not the actual game. Everyone who's here but doesn't play this game is basically invisible to me. Totally and utterly irrelevant. Also ignorant to a limited playerbase in this game that they NEED to be a part of if they care about BZ2. Psyringe, AHadley, Darkon, Edgrr, etc. These people are deliberately harming this game.

I see you are the noise of BZ2 Skorpion, so good job with that, but I am afraid there is little you can win with me in that regard. So what shall it be, do I bother you that much you want me gone already? Do you want all the people whom you consider "invisible" to simply leave this place? Would you really like the effect of empty halls?

Scorp says:
Everyone who's here but doesn't play this game is basically invisible to me.
-- then act like it. No need to whine about it bruh.

@Scorpion, you also have the ability to hide the posts of anyone you choose. Just open their profile by clicking the name, under their avatar select 'add foe'. Simple. Out of sight out of mind, so you really have no need to complain in the B!t[hZone][

Some couple of days ago I asked myself a question, what is the best game to me? What makes the best game for myself? The footprints I found led me to an unfortunate conclusion that oftentimes it is less about the game itself and more about seeking the game on various digital stores and sometimes secondhand markets. The hope to find the ultimate game, the paradox, as if the ultimate game was to be found by seeking it.

In other terms, what seemed most enjoyable about gaming, was the market consumerism, the spending of money, the hope that this time this will be it, my final purchase, a game to end all other games, the hazard and disappointment.

But again, what is the best game? It is simply the game one plays the most. Just like that.

I have played alot of games over the years, yet I always come back to Battlezone II. So Battlezone II is the clear winner.

It's okay Juggs, I like being everyone's little BITCH.
User avatar
Darkon - Thu Oct 19, 2017 11:52 am
Bitch is someone who sells oneself for profit. It is hard to avoid some form of prostituting oneself. One can only choose in what areas of life one wishes to refuse to prostitute oneself and that little pride to behold from it is the most expensive thing to get. Even that, though, fails to save us from being hypocrites.

If you knew half of the effort people on the "other side" of this community put in, you might not be so ungrateful.

Scorpion - Thu Oct 19, 2017 1:06 pm
Oh like adding effects to default mortar and ion gun, making patches that introduce more bugs than they fix, spamming forums about fake bz3, and editing 3d models that NOBODY cares about or is ever gonna use? Not to mention all these mods being made that were already forgotten a year later. Yea I see how those people contribute more to keeping BZ2 alive than people that actually PLAY THE DAMN GAME.

The most important thing is that everyone does what feels most suitable to one. That makes things genuine and properly diversed. If your happiness depends on what someone else does or the way someone else behaves, instead of what you put forth yourself, I believe it is a tough deal. If you just want to play a competetive game, find a game you can simply play without messing about it all around. Simple rule of gravity. But community can stick together based on ideals instead of what one factually does. Sometimes ideas turn into action.
